Specifications Weight: Typically 26 kg per bundle for twisted coir fibre or 115-130 kg per bale for loose fibre; customizable up to 130 kg (±2 kg). Fibre Length: 5-25 cm (with 80% often over 20 cm), or 10-20 cm for twisted varieties; length impacts spinning suitability. Moisture Content: Up to 5% for processed fibre to prevent spoilage during storage or shipping. Impurities/Dust: Less than 3% for brown fibre, 7-9% for yellow; clean colour (natural brown) is standard. Packaging and Loading Bundles are sized around 2ft x 2ft x 2ft, secured with plastic straps, and load 20 tons per 40 ft HC container. Bales (115-125 kg) use similar packing for export efficiency.
